Eastern Elements provides cultural learning, self-reflection, free reading previews, guide downloads, report availability forms, digital report products, practice materials, and related educational content inspired by classical Chinese frameworks such as Yin-Yang, Five Elements, seasonal qi, pattern language, and cultivation.

Digital products

The first planned paid product is the Eastern Elements Starter Element Report, a downloadable PDF workbook for cultural learning, journaling, and self-reflection. Any active checkout page should state the price, delivery format, refund policy, and support path before a purchase is accepted.

Not professional advice

Readings, reports, guides, practices, and product materials are for cultural reflection, education, and personal journaling. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, spiritual, relationship, investment, immigration, or emergency advice. Do not use the site as a substitute for professional judgment or urgent support.

User submissions

When you submit a reading, guide request, report availability request, product interest, or feedback, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Please do not submit sensitive medical, legal, financial, or emergency details through the site.

Payments

Eastern Elements should not store payment card data directly. When checkout is enabled, payment will be handled through a third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider's checkout terms, tax handling, receipts, and payment processing policies.

Physical goods

The current validation phase focuses on digital learning products. Future physical symbolic goods, if offered, should use a separate commerce setup and their own shipping, refund, and fulfillment terms.

Intellectual property

The site content, brand assets, guides, report structures, and product concepts belong to Eastern Elements or their respective rights holders. You may use free content for personal reflection, but you may not copy, resell, or repackage site materials as your own product.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the project moves from validation to paid digital products. Continued use of the site means you accept the version posted here.
