Digital products

The Eastern Elements Starter Element Report is being prepared as a downloadable digital PDF workbook. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refund requests are reviewed according to delivery status, duplicate purchase facts, and support context.

If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased digital file, contact support@eastern-elements.com with the order email and receipt details so we can help restore access or review the order.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, or technical payment errors can be reviewed through the checkout provider's refund process when appropriate.

Educational product boundary

Readings and reports are reflective and educational. Refund handling is based on product delivery, product clarity, duplicate payments, and customer support facts.
