Order and refund support

How to report an English PDF order, access issue, or possible duplicate payment.

Last updated: October 12, 2026.

Current

Receipts identify orders

A free public sample is not an order. If you have a payment receipt, contact support even when new purchases are closed.

Digital

Delivery status matters

Include the product name, receipt reference, and access problem when requesting order support.

Support

Report access problems

For a missing, broken, or wrong file, describe what happened and provide order context. Do not email payment-card details.

Local rules

Consumer rights can vary

Digital product handling may depend on the buyer location, checkout provider, local consumer rules, and product-access timing.

Current availability and earlier orders

Purchase access is limited to the four listed English PDF books. Closing new checkout does not cancel support for an earlier order. Keep the receipt reference and describe the issue; do not make another purchase to request help.

Digital products

The ebook catalogue is limited to four English educational PDF books. The Personalized Cultural Reflection Report is a separate non-active validation path, not part of that first ebook checkout scope. The free samples are limited previews, not the complete books. No physical item is shipped.

Because downloadable files can often be accessed immediately, refund requests should be reviewed according to delivery status, duplicate purchase facts, technical access issues, checkout clarity, support context, provider rules, and applicable consumer requirements. Educational and reflective content does not promise a particular personal result.

Access problems

If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased digital file, email support@eastern-elements.com with the order email, product name, and receipt context. We first try to restore access or provide the correct file. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Live access expiry and manual reissue

When Live ebook purchases are available, the initial private access link is valid for 14 days from issuance. Its exact expiry appears in the delivery notice. Opening a valid access link creates a separate file-download URL valid for 15 minutes.

If access fails or expires, contact support for one manually approved reissue after we verify that the order is paid and has not been refunded or revoked. Reissue is not automatic or unlimited. This policy does not change applicable consumer rights or earlier order-specific terms; Sandbox test access is not a Live purchase entitlement.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

We verify possible duplicate charges against the order and payment records and refund confirmed extra charges through the payment provider. Other requests, including accidental purchases or change of mind, are considered case by case by Eastern Elements, subject to applicable consumer rights and provider rules. Neither a blanket no-refund rule nor an unconditional refund guarantee applies. Refund arrival depends on the provider and bank; no fixed response or settlement deadline is promised here.

Educational product boundary

Readings, reports, guides, practice materials, and future ebooks are educational and reflective. Refund handling should not be based on a promise of luck, fate, wealth, healing, romance, or a guaranteed life outcome. It should focus on product delivery, access, payment facts, product clarity, and support context.

Does closing checkout cancel support for an earlier order?

No. If you have an earlier payment receipt, email support with the product name and receipt reference. Current checkout availability does not by itself establish the status of an earlier payment.

Can a public book sample be refunded?

No. The current Digital Library sample does not require payment, an order, or a customer account. It is not a paid download or a refundable purchase.

What should I include in an order or refund request?

Include the product name, order email, receipt reference, and what went wrong, such as non-delivery, a wrong or broken file, or a possible duplicate payment. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or identity documents. Contacting support is not an automatic refund approval.

What if I cannot access a paid digital file?

Email support@eastern-elements.com with the product name, order email, receipt reference, and access problem. Do not send payment-card details by email. Do not make another purchase just to report an access issue.

Does sending a request guarantee a refund?

Verified duplicate charges are refunded through the payment provider. For a missing, broken, or wrong file, we first try to restore access or provide the correct file. Other refund requests are considered case by case, subject to applicable consumer rights and provider rules. A free sample is not a paid order.

How long does a Live ebook access link last?

For Live ebook purchases when available, the initial private access link is valid for 14 days from issuance; the delivery notice states the exact expiry. Opening it creates a separate file-download URL valid for 15 minutes. If access fails or expires, contact support for one manually approved reissue after the order is verified as paid, not refunded, and not revoked. Reissue is not automatic or unlimited. This does not change applicable consumer rights or earlier order-specific terms.

Are refunds based on whether a reading outcome feels right?

Readings and books are educational reflection materials, not promises of personal outcomes. For an order problem, provide delivery, access, or payment facts. Reports are outside the four-book checkout scope.
