WaterIn the Chinese Medicine theory of Five Elements, Water is the element of the Kidney and Urinary Bladder, and is associated with the emotion of fear. In nature, water is represented by the Winter, a putrid smell (like water in a still pond), the color blue, and a salty taste. Individuals with a Water constitution have persistence and determination that can allow them to excel in situations that others find too scary. Sometimes they may hide a deep sense of being frozen or washed away by their own fear. |
Welcome
Through collaboration with other health care specialists, and the application of Acupuncture, therapeutic massage, herbal medicine, and nutritional and lifestyle counseling, Haydn is able to provide effective and holistic health care to those who seek treatment for a variety of conditions. For over 3000 years, Traditional Chinese Medicine has been used effectively to treat a wide variety of health issues. Acupuncture is the oldest continuously practiced health care system in the world and is the primary health care practice for one third of the world’s population. The benefits of acupuncture are now clearly recognized and well documented in western medical journals. Due to its safe and non-invasive nature, Acupuncture has become one of the most popular forms of complimentary health care practiced today.
